The liability from the waiver or the reduction of an incoming inspection exposes at least in the automotive supplier industry to substantial risks. The incoming inspections according to § 377 Commercial Code and ISO/TS 16949 – 7.4.1. and 7.4.3 are major obligations within the entire supplier management.
